Town of Victory Special Board Meeting July 27, 2015 Council Member present Leonard Hand Eleanor Pittroff Lester VanDyke Michael Wiggins Supervisor Victoria Davis Clerk Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm with the pledge of allegiance. Motion to go into executive to discuss the changes they want for collective bargaining made by Lester Vandyke Seconded by Leonard Hand; All ayes. The supervisor informed the clerk to leave so they will be able to go into executive session with no approximate end time. Mike stated that they will appoint someone to take minutes that close out the meeting. Executive session ended at 7:20 pm without any votes or decisions. Notes and suggestions were taken on sections of the current contract. Motion to adjourn made by Leonard Hand, seconded by Eleanor Pittroff. Meeting adjourned at 0725 pm
