Town of Summerhill Planning Board Meeting November 29, 2017 Town Hall Attending: Barb Harvey, Chair; Brian Stout, Vice Chair; Jeff Ten Eyck, Tom Ripley, Christina Ripley, Secretary Absent: None The meeting was called to order with the Pledge to the Flag led by B. Harvey at 7:08 PM. Approval of the Minutes for October 19, 2017 was tabled due the Planning Board’s desire to create a template to record split/merger request submitted to the Planning Board at a meeting. T. Ripley made a motion to hold/table Minutes for October 19, 2017, B. Stout seconded Old Business Planning Board assigned C. Ripley to have the spreadsheet for tallying the results of the 2017 Citizen’s Survey by the next meeting. Committee Reports B. Stout reported: Attended the November 22, 2017 training “How to Build Your Town Through Zoning”. He shared information from the training. Barb commented that anything you can control through zoning you can do through creating a local law. J. Ten Eyck reported: No report New Business None Motion by B. Stout to adjourn; second by T.
