Budget Work Shop September 22, 2014 Council Members Present: Eleanor Pittroff Leonard Hand Lester Van Dyke Nancy Sheldon Michael Wiggins- Supervisor Others in Attendance: Victoria Davis The town was sent there fiscal stress score, at 3.3%. This shows that at this time we are not suseptable to fiscal stress. Red Creek ambulance service price has stayed they same while CIMVAC had and increase increasing line a4540.400. There was also discussion over donating $160.00 to Mercy Flight, if the budget allows this will be paid. Lester VanDyke made the motion to enter into executive session for budget purposes, Eleanor Pittroff seconded at 8:00 pm. Executive session ended at 8:20 with no formal votes made. Lester made a motion to increase salary of the employees of the town by 2% seconded by Leonard Hand. Aye: Eleanor, Mike, Leonard, Lester. Carried Discussion was made about the Joint Youth Project. A7310.400 this is for WAYUGA recreation program. At this time we are contributing $500.00, only if the budget allows will continue to pay. Historian Contractual A7540.400 will rise due to increase of heat and electric cost. At this time garbage permits will stay the same price. Another meeting will be held on September 29, 2014 at 7:00pm Meeting called to close at 9:45pm. Motion made by, Eleanor seconded by, Lester.
