VILLAGE OF FAIR HAVEN PLANNING BOARD MEETING October 17, 2017 A working meeting of the Fair Haven Planning Board was held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 17th at the Village Hall. The following regular members were present: Darrell Uetz, Larry Cosser, Vivian Scariabba, Debra Rose and Catherine Byers. Two Village guests were present: Walter Krehling and Heidi Smalling. Also present were visitors/advisors from the Sterling Planning Board and Town: Joan and Paul Kelley, June Ouellette and Sue Allen. The purpose of the meeting was to officially begin the process of reviewing and updating the Fair Haven Master Plan, which is Chapter A156 of “Code of the Village of Fair Haven” and to begin reviewing and updating the “Village of Fair Haven Goals and Objectives” which is pages 59-70 of the “Town of Sterling and Village of Fair Haven Comprehensive Plan.” The Sterling Planning Board members provided minutes from their January 2017 and February 2017 meetings that listed the changes they were making to the “Town of Sterling Goals & Objectives” (pages 45-58) in the Comprehensive Plan. They advised the Fair Haven Planning Board to begin with their own Village Goals and Objectives (pages 59-70), and all Board members present agreed. A working meeting of the Planning Board was set for November 12, 2017. The meeting was adjourned about 8:15 pm. Minutes submitted by Debra Rose
