RD issued a Preliminary Funding Estimate (PFE) for this project in April 2017. After negotiations with C2AE, a revised PFE was issued in May - $59,000 in add’l grant Interest Rates may start increasing The Town Board must complete the District formation process for USDA-RD to obligate the funds ---PAGE BREAK--- Historically speaking… This area’s water problems made it a priority NYS community for getting funding. Score = 85 pts Funding is based on Median Household Income (MHI) of the Town. The Town of Sterling MHI, as per the 2010 Census, is $44,364.
