TOWN OF NILES PLANNING BOARD Niles Town Hall, New Hope, New York February 16, 2017 MEMBERS PRESENT: Terry Green, Chairwoman Bill Stinson D’Allah Laffoon Sara Finizio, Secretary ABSENT: Frank Girardi OTHERS PRESENT: Bob DeWitt The meeting was called to order at 7:35 PM. Ms. Green asked everyone to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance. Sara Finizio read the January 2017 minutes. Mr. Laffoon made a motion to accept the minutes as read and Mr. Stinson seconded the motion. All approved. NEW BUSINESS: N/A OTHER DISCUSSION: • Ms. Green distributed a print out of Solar Energy information from Cayuga County to Planning Board members who had not received it. A copy has also been given to the Town Board. • Ms. Green reviewed the Cayuga County Planning Board’s Land Use Training Series schedule for 2017. All Board members are required to attend 4 hours of training per year. The next meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2017 at 7:30 PM. A motion was made by Mr. Laffoon and seconded by Mr. Stinson to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 PM. All approved. Respectfully submitted, Sara Finizio
