Page 1 of 1 Village of Fair Haven Board of Trustees Budget Workshop & Agenda Meeting February 9, 2017 The Board of Trustees met at 5:30 p.m. to begin planning for the 2017-2018 village budget. Board members present: Mayor James Basile, Deputy Mayor Walter Krehling, Trustee Holley Webster- Goolden and Trustee Judith Dunaway. Trustee Pete Hanford was excused. Also present Village Clerk-Treasurer Terri DiGregorio, DPW Superintendent Roger Granatiero and Ambulance Supervisor/Zoning Officer Stan The Agenda meeting began at 6:20 p.m. Nine guests were present. Terry Mayville presented his plan for the property at 14492 Lake St. which was once a canning factory. Terry stated the 6.15 acres will consist of a banquet/event hall in the existing building. Major renovations to that building will take place and camp sites located on the north end of the property are planned with possible cabin rentals in the near future. Mr. Mayville inquired about the status of Second Street which is currently a paper street running from Church St. west towards his property. The Board discussed the agenda for the February 13th board meeting.  DPW Superintendent Granatiero updated the Board on the status of a grant for the Village owned public boat ramps. The Village is on the list for improvements and should be receiving grant documents in the near future.  The drainage problem at the end of 12th Street causing flooding to the basement of Mr. Tesoriero’s house will be planned in the 2017-2018 budget. An open ditch or drainage pipe will be installed. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 on a motion by Trustee Webster-Goolden and seconded by Trustee Dunaway.
