TOWN OF SUMMERJILL Special Board Meeting- Sherman Gulf Rockwall Fillmore Road October 25, 2018 10 AM Town Board Members Present: Susan Stout, Supervisor Duane Reynolds, Councilman Mary Osgood, Councilwoman Town Board Members Absent: None Christopher Ryan, Councilman Daniel Ripley, Councilman Other Officers Present: John Kirk, Jeff Parker, Residents: Robert Case, Charlie Ripley Visitors: None Guest: Doug Kierst, Tim Schneider Recording Secretary: Carol Chase The meeting was called to order at 10:03 pm by Susan Stout. All stood for the pledge to the flag. A. Doug Kierst states that he usually deals with water quality grants but he is willing to help us to come up with a plan of how to take the wall down and dispose of it. He is willing to seek out the County highway departments help for grant possibilities. We need to be creative with the grants. There was some discussion as to the best possible method to accomplish taking the dangerous rock wall down. Doug will be looking into things and discuss possibilities with John Kirk. Adjournment Motion 116-2018 Duane Reynolds made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Susan Stout. Carried 3 ayes Stout, Reynolds, Osgood 0 nays The meeting was adjourned at 10:35pm Carol Chase Town Clerk
