Town of Summerhill Planning Board Meeting July 26, 2018 7PM Town Hall Attending: Barb Harvey, Chair; Brian Stout, Shane Baldino Absent: Tom Ripley, Jeff Ten Eyck (ex) The meeting was called to order with the Pledge to the Flag led by B. Harvey at 7:25 PM. Communications: Site review planning training is scheduled for August 15, 2018 in Auburn. New Business Motion was made by Brian Stout to not have a meeting in August because the members will be attending the site review planning training in Auburn. If any new business comes up a meeting will be called. Motion was seconded by Shane Baldino and carried unanimously. Old Business None Committee Reports No Reports. Motion by B. Stout to adjourn; second by Shane Baldino and approved unanimously. Next Planning Board Meeting will be September 20, 2018 at 7:00. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 PM. Respectfully submitted, Brian Stout
