Cayuga County Development Corporation – CCDC Board of Directors Committee Structure and Membership FY13 CCDC 2013 Committee Structure & Membership page 1 Cayuga County Development Corporation - CCDC Committee Structure and Committee Membership FY 2013 Introduction The Cayuga County Development Corporation (“CCDC” or the “Corporation”) was restructured in March of 2013 with the Cayuga County Legislature as the sole member. Along with this reorganization, the County as sole member appointed a new five member Board of Directors to the CCDC Board, thereby replacing the seven-member Cayuga County Industrial Development Agency (“CCIDA”) Board which had traditionally served as the CCDC Board, with the five new Board of Directors, as follows: CAYUGA COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS Mr. John (CCDC Chair) Mr. Michael Chapman, Chairman of the Cayuga County Legislature, and CCDC Vice- Chair Mr. Christopher Geherin, CCDC Secretary Mr. Ted O’Hara, CCDC Board Member Mr. William Ryan, CCDC Board Member At the new CCDC Board’s first organizational meeting on April 9, 2013, the five member Board of Directors made certain organizational changes, including the establishment of a new standing committee structure focused on good governance and compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. In addition to establishing these new committees, the CCDC Board of Directors determined and approved that every committee of the CCDC shall act as a “committee of the whole” with all five CCDC Board Members serving equally on all committees, with the exception that certain board members were designated as Chair or Vice- Chair of the new committees. Also at the April 9, 2013 Organizational Meeting, the Corporation adopted certain revisions to the Corporation By-laws to complete and compliment the County restructuring.
