1 Village of Fair Haven Board of Trustees Agenda Meeting May 10, 2018 The meeting began at 6:30 p.m. Board members present Mayor James Basile, Deputy Mayor Walter Krehling, Trustee Judith Dunaway, Trustee Christopher Drogi and Trustee Hope Wojtowicz. Also, present DPW Superintendent Roger Granatiero and Village Clerk-Treasurer Terri DiGregorio. 2 guests were present. • The Board of Trustees met to discuss the May 14th board meeting agenda. • Planning Board member Debra Rose informed the Board about the proposed contract between the Cayuga County Planning Board and the Village of Fair Haven to update the zoning. • DPW Superintendent Roger Granatiero gave a report regarding the pump house, paving, repairs to the backhoe, etc. • Trustee Drogi reported problems with silt in the water at the laundromat. • To prevent problems with leaks and to ensure the valves are off regarding turning on and off seasonal water, a form will be developed for water customers to sign off that this has been completed. A meter reading will also be taken at this time. This system should be in place by next fall. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board entered into executive session at 9:50pm to discuss collective negotiations pursuant to article fourteen of the civil service law, on a motion by Deputy Mayor Krehling and seconded by Trustee Drogi. All aye, motion carried. The Board exited executive session at 10:21pm on a motion by Trustee Dunaway and seconded by Trustee Wojtowicz. All aye, motion carried. There were no decisions made during executive session. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 10:22 p.m. on a motion by Deputy Mayor Krehling and seconded by Trustee Wojtowicz.
