Scipio Town Board Meeting A special town board meeting, to appoint a new code enforcement officer, was called to order at 2:00 PM on Sunday March 4, 2018 by Supervisor Mutchler with the following people present. Supervisor: Gary Mutchler Town Clerk: Tom Olenych Town Board Members: Gary Whitten Highway: Mark Chamberlain Leslie Baxter – excused absence Mark Ferrari Vivian Cunningham Guests: Fred Delaney and Howard Tanner Town Supervisor’s report: Supervisor Mutchler asked the town board members to this special meeting to interview, discuss and appoint a new code enforcement officer in the wake of Mick Piechuta’s unexpected passing. Gary introduced Fred Delaney to the board who went over his resume and qualifications and answered questions from the board members. Next Gary introduced Howard Tanner to the board who also went over his resume and qualifications and he also answered questions from town board members. Motion to approve Howard Tanner as code enforcement officer for the Town of Scipio. (Ferrari / Cunningham) All in favor. Motion to adjourn: 2:51 PM (Mutchler) All in favor.
