2723160.2 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF NILES WATER DISTRICT NO. 1 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Niles, Cayuga County, New York (the "Town"), at a meeting held on August 4, 2016, adopted a resolution (the "Resolution"), which is subject to permissive referendum, authorizing the establishment of Niles Water District No. 1 (the “District”). In the Resolution, the Town Board also authorized the acquisition, construction and installation of water system improvements at a maximum cost of $196,000.
