YEAR-END MEETING December 28, 2017 TOWN BOARD OF GENOA The Year-End meeting of the Town Board of Genoa, Cayuga County, State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on December 28, 2017 Present Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor Paul Wheeler Cheryl Shields, Board Member Don Slocum, Board Member Al Board Member (arrived at 9:20) Brandon White, Board member (absent) Sue Moss, Clerk The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m. by Supervisor Lorie Sellen-Gross with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Lorie asked the Board to approve transfers for the Zito Media franchise and the cell tower rental of real property. The Zito franchise fee to date ($3,258.83) will be transferred from A2770 Misc to A1170 now to be called Franchise Fees. The cell tower rental fees ($16,900) will also be transferred from A2770 to A2410 called Rental of Real Property. RESOLUTION 112-2017 APPROVAL OF GENERAL FUND TRANSFERS On a motion of Board member Slocum, seconded by Board member Shields, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Sellen-Gross, Slocum, Shields Nays 0 Resolved that the requested transfers be approved. RESOLUTION 113-2017 APPROVAL OF TRANSFERS On a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member Slocum, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Sellen-Gross, Slocum, Shields Nays 0 Resolved that the following transfers be approved. Transfer $1122.91 from A1990.4 to A1620.4 and $800 from A1990.4 to A3620.4 Transfer $1000 from SW1-8320.2 to SW1-8320.4 RESOLUTION 114-2017 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF ANY BILLS RECEIVED FOR 2017 On a motion of Board member Slocum, seconded by Board member Shields, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Sellen-Gross, Slocum, Shields Nays 0 Resolved to approve the payment of any bills received for 2017. RESOLUTION 115-2017 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS WITH ONE CORRECTION On a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member Slocum, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 4 Sellen-Gross, Slocum, Shields, Nays 0 Resolved to approve the bills with one correction - payment for the new Town garage boilers will be from DA5110.4 not DA5130.2 ---PAGE BREAK--- At this time (9:30), the Board went into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. With no further business, on a motion of Board Member Shields, seconded by Board Member the year-end meeting and executive session was adjourned at 9:40 a.m. Carried unanimously. Susan B.
