Village of Fair Haven Board of Trustees Special Meeting July 17, 2017 The Board of Trustees meeting began at 6:45 p.m. Board members present were Mayor James Basile, Deputy Mayor Walter Krehling and Trustee Judith Dunaway. Trustee Holley Webster- Goolden and Trustee Pete Hanford were excused. The Board adopted the following resolution: RESOLVED: That James Basile, as Mayor of the Village of Fair Haven, is hereby authorized and directed to file an application for funds, not to exceed $500,000.00 from the New York State Office of Community Renewal through its New York Main Street Program 2017 to assist downtown property owners, and upon approval of said request, to enter into and execute a project agreement with the State for such financial assistance to the Village of Fair Haven for the Fair Haven New York Main Street Program 2017.
