SPECIAL MEETING, TOWN BOARD OF GENOA June 1, 2015 A Special meeting of the Town Board of Genoa, Cayuga County, State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on June 1, 2015 Present Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor Cheryl Shields, Board Member Don Slocum, Board Member Brandon White, Board Member Al Board Member Sue Moss, Clerk The meeting began at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the need for a substitute Certified Water Operator for the Town. There are no Highway employees interested in this position. A couple of names were suggested and Board members are going to pursue these names. If this isn’t productive, Lorie suggested talking with other Towns that also have water systems (Locke, Lansing, Moravia to name a few). The thought was that perhaps an employee of another town might be interested in the position. Al and Don expressed an interest in observing Mark to find out just what may be involved for the substitute. With no further business, on a motion of Board member Shields, seconded by Board member White, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. Carried unanimously. Susan B. Moss, Town Clerk
