Cayuga County Development Authority – CCDC Board of Directors Committee Structure and Membership FY09 CCDC Committee Structure & Membership 1 Cayuga County Development Corporation - CCDC Committee Structure and Committee Membership FY 2009 Introduction The Cayuga County Development Authority (“CCDC” or the “Authority”) has established a standing committee structure focused on good governance and compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. On September 18, 2007 the Authority adopted certain revisions to the Authority By-laws, and adopted or revised certain policies and committee charters of the Authority to achieve compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. With these changes, the CCDC now reports Board Membership on the following committees: CCDC AUDIT COMMITTEE: Audit Committee Established September 18, 2007 Board Member Mr. John Board Member Mr. Herb Marshall Board Member Ms. Elaine Buffington CCDC GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE: Governance Committee Established September 18, 2007 Board Member Mr. Vijay Mital (CCDC Chair) Board Member Mr. Raymond Lockwood CCDC LOAN COMMITTEE: Governance Committee Established September 18, 2007 Board Member Mr. John Board Member Ms. Carol Contiguglia Board Member Mr. Herb Marshall
