State, County and Town Highways are defined as the entire width of the right-of-way and not just the paved or traveled portion of the State, County and Town Highways. Section 2. Parking on a l l County and Town Highways i n the Town of Victory, Cayuga County, New York: No motor vehicle, farm vehicle or other vehicle of any kind shall be permitted or allowed to park on any County or Town Highway i n the Town of Victory, Cayuga County, New York at any time. Section 3« Penalties: A violation of this Local Law i s hereby declared to "be a violation and any person violating the same, may, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding Twenty-five Dollars ($25,00), or by imprisonment not exceeding five days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Vehicle owner may also be charged for towing vehicle away. Section This local law shall take effect t h i r t y (30) days following the f i l i n g thereof with the New York State Department of State and the New York State Dejartuient of Motor Vehicles. Section 5: This Local Law #1 of 1999 replaces and supercedes Local Law Town of Victory Off Street Parking Law f i l e d Feb. 13, 198^.
