Cayuga County Development Corporation – CCDC Board of Directors Committee Structure and Membership FY12 CCDC 2012 Committee Structure & Membership 1 Cayuga County Development Corporation - CCDC Committee Structure and Committee Membership FY 2012 Introduction The Cayuga County Development Corporation (“CCDC” or the “Corporation”) has established a standing committee structure focused on good governance and compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. On September 18, 2007 the Corporation adopted certain revisions to the Corportion By-laws and also adopted or revised certain policies and committee charters of the Corporation to achieve compliance with the 2005 PAAA requirements. On October 18, 2011, the CCDC Board again made changes to the Corporate Bylaws and the Corporation’s Committee Structure to improve compliance with the 2009 Public Authorities Reporting Act or PARA.
