EMERGENCY MEETING, TOWN BOARD OF GENOA June 26, 2018 An Emergency meeting of the Town Board of Genoa, Cayuga County, State of New York was held at the Town Hall, 1000 Bartnick Road, Genoa NY on June 26, 2018 Present: Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor Cheryl Shields, Board Member (absent) Don Slocum, Board Member Brandon White, Board Member Chris Stout, Board Member Sue Moss, Clerk (absent) The Emergency Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussions and partial submission of possible proposals for the document entitled "Survey for Municipal Panel Members for Consideration to Cayuga County for a 2018 Shared Service Plan". The Board Members reviewed the 2018 Shared Services Plan eight-page document with reservations on many of the proposed services. Answers with discussions were submitted but were not totally committed upon other than a Cayuga County Health Care Consortium, participating in MEGA and sharing a roller with the Town of Venice. RESOLUTION 72-2018 APPROVAL TO GRANT MATTHEW SELLEN 40 HOURS OF VACATION TIME ON 7/5/2018 On a motion of Supervisor Sellen-Gross, seconded by Board member White, the following resolution was ADOPTED Ayes 3 Sellen-Gross, Slocum, Stout Nays 0 The Board discussed and approved to grant Matthew Sellen 40 hours of vacation time on 7/5/2018 as he has reached his 2 year time commitment to earn this according to the Town Handbook. He will not receive any other vacation hours until after his third anniversary start date in July of 2019. With no further business, on a motion of Board Member Slocum, seconded by Board Member Stout, the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. Carried unanimously Lorie Sellen-Gross, Supervisor ---PAGE BREAK---
