1 Village of Fair Haven Board of Trustees Special Meeting August 21, 2017 The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Board members present: Mayor James Basile, Deputy Mayor Walter Krehling, Trustee Holley Webster-Goolden, Trustee Judith Dunaway and Trustee Pete Hanford. Also, present Clerk-Treasurer Terri DiGregorio. Mayor Basile asked if anyone had any questions or concerns. There was none. On a motion by Trustee Holley Webster-Goolden and seconded by Trustee Dunaway the Board entered into executive session to discuss pending collective negotiations pursuant to Article 14 of the Civil Service Law. All aye, motion carried. On a motion by Deputy Mayor Krehling and seconded by Trustee Dunaway the Board existed executive session at 8:18 p.m. All aye, motion carried. Labor Employment Attorneys Hancock Estabrook, LLP will be retained by the Village of Fair Haven on a motion by Trustee Webster-Goolden and seconded by Deputy Mayor Krehling. All aye, motion carried. The Village is looking for a vehicle to replace the Chevrolet Blazer which is mainly used for reading water meters and trips to Auburn. A request for bids is being considered. The meeting was adjourned at 8:33 p.m. on a motion by Trustee Webster-Goolden and seconded by Trustee Hanford. All aye, motion carried. Approved minutes respectfully submitted. Terri M.
