PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TIPS (The following tips are offered as part of the Keep Bartow Beautiful Clean Up Campaign) 1. TRASH & RUBBISH Maintain property free of trash, rubbish, litter and debris. 2. GARBAGE CARTS Carts are to be placed at street on the day of garbage pick-up service and then removed from the pick-up location at the street that evening and stored at the rear of the residence. DO NOT LEAVE CARTS AT THE STREET. VEHICLES, JUNK CARS All vehicles must have current license tag Vehicles must be in operating condition lnoperable vehicles can only be parked inside an enclosed garage 4. VEHICLE PARKING AH vehicles must be parked on hard surface driveways (asphalt, concrete or gravel) Vehicles are not to be parked on grass or in the front yard 5. OUTDOOR STORAGE _ _ Outside storage in a yard, a porch or an open carport is not allowed. This Includes the storage or use of interior furniture (upholstered sofas and chairs, etc.) on porches and the storage or use of appliances on porches. , 6. OVERGROWN GRASS Grass should be kept out and trimmed 7. LIVESTOCK Livestock (chickens, goats, pigs, etc.) not allowed in residential areas. 8. MAINTENANCE OF STRUCTURES . All structures are required to be maintained structurally sound and in good repair, this includes storage buildings and fences. 9. YARD SALESIGNS , . Signs shall not be attached to utility poles or trees. Yard sale signs shall be Single or double pole type and a maximum of 4 square feet.
