FIBERCOM CITY OF CARTERSVILLE 2023 VISIONING SESSION ---PAGE BREAK--- 2022ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Completed new fiber build to Emerson • Added approximately 10 miles of fiber to our system • Built fiber to Brown Farm Rd. area • Extended fiber infrastructure at Highland 75 ---PAGE BREAK--- 2022ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Added a new fiber circuit to Chattanooga for a colocation with DC Blox and leased fiber circuit from Chattanooga to Nashville for Geo- Redundant internet service. ---PAGE BREAK--- 2022ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Installed 56 new customers. An increase in customer growth by 26% ---PAGE BREAK--- 2022ACCOMPLISHMENTS • System redesign and migration for New World Systems • Replaced all body/car camera system at the Police Department • No Virus or Malware infections that required remediation • Migrated to Office 365 ---PAGE BREAK--- 2022ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Laserfiche migration to the cloud • FiberCom department moved offices • Replaced city VoIP service provider (migrated approximately 400 voice lines) • Replaced core network for Bartow County Government
