Notice of said hearing shall be madeby certified mail at least 10 days prior to the hearing to the applican~ to such of the following officials as deemedappropriate for each specific case: the Municipal Clerk, Municipal Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, building inspector, Zoning Officer, Board of Chosen Freeholders and the County Planning Board. Tbe board to which appeal is taken shall render a decision within 30 days from the date of the hearing.
