GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR SAFE SURF CHAIR USE • Use of the surf chair is restricted to those individuals weighing less than three hundred (300) pounds • An attendant must be present when the chair is in use • The attendant must not undertake tasks which exceed his/her physical ability • At no time, and under no circumstances is the surf chair to be placed in the water beyond a depth of six inches. The locations are: Wilmington Avenue, Trenton Avenue, Philadelphia Avenue, Gurney Street, Grant Street, Broadway, and Second Avenue. ACCESSIBLE PARKING Accessible Parking is available on Beach Drive at 2nd Street, Broadway, Grant Street, Perry Street, Decatur Street, Ocean Street, Howard Street, Jefferson Street, Madison Avenue, Trenton Avenue, Pittsburgh Avenue, Philadelphia Avenue, Wilmington Avenue, and at the Convention Center. This will permit the vehicle to occupy the space for up to 24 hours, and no further payment will be required. • Municipal parking lots do require payment and will provide convenient handicapped parking with lawful placard or handicapped license plates.
