The subdivision regulations for the city and county of Butte-Silver Bow, state of Montana, heretofore adopted and amended by the Butte-Silver Bow plan- ning board on January 31, 2002, are hereby approved and adopted and incorporated herein by this reference as if the same were set forth herein word-for-word and figure-for-figure; that a true copy of the subdivi- sion regulations is annexed hereto and thereby made a part hereof and is identified as Exhibit A. Three copies of the subdivision regulations hereby approved shall be hereafter maintained on file in the office of the clerk and recorder and shall be open to public review and inspection at all reasonable times.
