SURVEY COVER LETTER: This is the cover letter that will be mailed with the survey questionnaire. The Butte-Silver Bow Planning Department is in the process of preparing a neighborhood plan for the Greeley area. The plan will help the Butte-Silver Bow Government prioritize potential improvements for the neighborhood, including but not limited to: infrastructure, new housing, and renovation of existing housing units. The Planning Department is overseeing the preparation of the plan with the assistance of planning consultants and a Steering Committee consisting of Greeley residents and individuals from throughout the community interested in developing a plan to make Greeley a more livable neighborhood. However, the neighborhood plan must have as its basis the ideas and needs of the people that live and do business within the neighborhood. The first step in this process is the attached questionnaire. Please take the time to complete the enclosed questionnaire. You are one of only about 550 citizens that have been randomly selected to complete this survey. Because of this small number of people, it is very important to hear from you. Please complete the survey form and return it to us by August 11th. A postcard with your name on it is also enclosed. We ask that you return this postcard when you send in the survey form. Because the two items are separate, the surveys are completely anonymous. The postcard will be placed in a drawing for several prizes.
