Such constant barking constitutes a nuisance and unless such nuisance is abated within seven days after your receipt of this Notice, a Complaint will be filed with the Butte-Silver Bow County Attorney’s Office for violation of Section 6.04.060 of the Butte- Silver Bow Municipal Code.
