MONTANA TECH RESIDENTAL PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION Street 1. Pursuant to Ordinance Numbers 276 and 277, the Butte Silver Bow Parking Commission shall issue a Residential Parking Permit to a person residing in the Montana Tech residential area. a. The applicant must submit proof of residency for each person requesting a permit to the Parking Commission office. (power bill, lease, water bill, mail) b. The permit shall be valid between August 1st and June 1st. c. Permit holder understands that he/she is responsible for properly displaying the permit. Failure to do so could result in a parking violation of $10.00. 2. Each resident may obtain one guest permit (maximum 3 per household) Indicate the number of guest permits requested – no more than 1 per resident I hereby certify that I am a resident of the Montana Tech Residential Parking District.
