We acknowledge that the origination of the ACH transactions to our account must comply with the provision of U.S. law. FINANCIAL ROUTING ACCOUNT TYPE OF ACCOUNT: CHECKING SAVINGS This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until BSBWUD has received written notification from us (customer) of its termination within a reasonable time and opportunity to act accordingly. BSBWUD utilizes cloud technology. The data that Butte-Silver Bow uses for billing and payment purposes will be stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and accessed via the Internet. AWS’s highly secure data centers utilize state-of-the-art electronic surveillance to ensure the security of customer data.
