What worked well for you in this meeting? • Time + date + format • Organized, professional, take charge group. • Input from committee members, short statements. • Everything but the calendar discussion. • Meeting location was great! • Number of volunteers • Everyone’s input and handouts • Well organized, facilitated and structured. Committee member interaction. • Discussion • Open discussion, participation, the room • Open forum • Some good discussion 2. What else would have made this meeting to you? • For 1st meeting it went well. Thank you!! • Nothing. • Not sure? • More survey examples. • Nothing. • More people from the neighborhood. • More background on why this neighborhood was chosen and how boundaries were drawn (basis) 3. What suggestions do you have for the next Steering Committee meeting? • Keep it on Tuesday!! • Same. • Design questions for survey. ---PAGE BREAK--- Page 2 of 2 • Get proposed products out for review as early as possible before meetings. • Try to stay focused a little more (this wasn’t bad) • Come up with a zoning plan. • Bigger room. • I would like the steering committee to have greater representation from the neighborhood. 4. What wishes do you have for BSB in moving forward with this planning process? • To support the Greeley committee. To acknowledge this neighbor[hood] does in fact need major improvements!! • To give them a good plan with clear priorities and direction. • More ideas of infrastructure plans. • The implementation of the final plan. • Improving the neighborhood, quality of life, quality of housing. Create a vibrant, safe & healthy neighborhood. • Cooperation. • Actual outcome & implementation. • Great success! 5.
