City of Burlington Driving Directions to City Hall 833 South Spruce Street From I-5 northbound or southbound: Exit # 230 to State Highway 20 Turn right (east bound) onto SR 20 (Rio Vista Avenue) Proceed through several traffic lights, crossing over Burlington Boulevard Turn right (south) onto South Spruce Street. Road will pass Sharon Street and curve around the Fire Station. Just past the Fire Station turn right on the north side of City Hall into the parking lot. From State Route 20 westbound: Turn left (south) on Spruce Street, proceed south. Road will pass Sharon Street and curve around the Fire Station.
