PHONE RFP ADDENDUM 1 The sound system to interface with the new hosted phone service (Attachment may be bid as a part of the total RFP response. The existing recorder Denon Model #DN F450R must connect into the sound system to record public meetings. All existing phone numbers must be ported and operational before February 28, 2020. If this item cannot be accomplished by that date, RFP chosen respondent must notify the City so the City can extend the service on a month to month basis.
