NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BURLEY CITY COUNCIL will meet to hold a public hearing on the 3rd day of March, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Burley City Hall located at 1401 Overland Avenue, Burley, Idaho 83318, for the purpose of hearing public comment regarding proposed new fees and increased fee amounts for waste water service and sewer fees, and to explain the reason for such action. The City of Burley has proposed the following new fees and fee increases that are in excess of five percent of the amount of the fees last collected: Proposed Waste Water Service and Sewer Related Fees: Fee Description Current Fee Proposed New Fee Residential Sewer Fee (per house or EDU) per month $45.50 $52.33 Published February 19 and 26, 2026.
