Legal Notice for the sale of Real Property Owned by THE CITY OF BURLEY, IDAHO The City of Burley, Idaho will accept sealed bids for real property located in the City of Burley for the following locations. 611 Oakley Avenue - Assessors # RPBB0010240070. (Lot 7 of Block 24 of the Burley Townsite, Cassia County, Idaho, as the same are platted in the official plat thereof, now of record in the office of the Recorder of said County). A minimum bid for this property has been set at $12,000, and 759 Elba Avenue – Assessors #RPBB0010460010. (Lot 1 of Block 46 of the Burley Townsite, Cassia County, Idaho, as the same are platted in the official plat thereof, now of record in the office of the Recorder of said County). A minimum bid for this property has been set at $15,000. Bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the City of Burley and will be accepted until October 25, 2019 at 5 pm local time.
