CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR FUEL SUPPLIER THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into, in quadruplicate, this day of , 2019, by and between the CITY OF BURLEY, Idaho, (Owner) and of (Supplier). WITNESSETH: That the Supplier, in consideration of the sum to be paid to it by Owner, hereby agrees for itself and its successors, and assigns to furnish all the fuel demanded by Owner at Owner’s discretion, and at the price as set forth in the Bid Proposal Form submitted by Supplier which has been accepted by the City Council. It is further agreed that the contractual documents, which include the Invitation to Bid, any and all addenda, and the Supplier’s Bid Proposal Form are hereby specifically referred to and made a part of this Contract, and shall have the same force and effect as though all of the same were fully inserted herein. The Owner agrees to pay the Supplier for the actual amount of fuel that is used and at the Price as shown in the “Bid Proposal Form.” Contract to supply the fuels to the City of Burley is for the term specified in the Invitation to Bid and in the Bid Proposal Form.
