ANSWERS TO BIDDERS QUESTIONS Definition Rack Price- The Burley rack price as posted by OPIS for the day fuel is purchased by the City. Winter Diesel #1 or #2 diesel winterized. We will not accept bids for a retail minus price. The City of Burley according to our fleet manager does not require Top Tier fuel. The City is charged the rack price for the day the fuel is purchased. The price for the day is the Burley rack price, plus your mark up, regardless of what your current tank price is, for all fuels. The mileage report would be compiled by your from mile entered in at the pump.
