LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONTRACTED ENGINEERING/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2019 BURLEY CONTRACTED ENGINEERING SERVICES Please take notice that in accordance with Idaho Code Section 67-2320, the City of Burley will receive clearly marked qualification statements for professional engineering services anticipated to exceed the total sum of Twenty-Five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00) for the 2019 BURLEY CONTRACTED ENGINEERING SERVICES. Sealed qualification statements are to be delivered to 1401 Overland Avenue or mailed to PO Box 1090, Burley, Idaho 83318 Attn: Mark Mitton to assure receipt by the City of Burley (the "City”) no later than 5:00p.m. MST, on October 28, 2019. All qualification statements will be date and time stamped as they arrive at said office. The City of Burley is not responsible for late mail, UPS, Federal Express or other delivery services. Responses received after the due date and time will not be opened and will not be scored. The criteria and procedures to be used for selection of qualified persons or firms to perform such services may be obtained at the City of Burley website at burleyidaho.org. The City of Burley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualification statements. This Notice is being published in compliance with Idaho Code Section 67-2320(2)(g).
