ADDENDUM 2 Checklist Item 18 - The City wants a phone with the ability to take both English and Spanish voicemails on the same extension. On Page 15 Checklist Item #53 cordless handset not cordless phone. Here are the current City Hall, Water Department and Service Center phones that are connected together and run on our own switch at City Hall. We need similar phones for these locations.
