City of Burley RFQ for Transformers • Purpose This is a re-bid for Transformers. Bids for this item exceeded $100,000 and required a formal bid with two(2) newspaper postings. Agency is requesting quotes for description of commodity or service, as further detailed below. The purchase involves 12kV to 480V distribution transformers. The specifications for the transformers can be obtained at 2020 Parke Ave, Burley ID 83318 or may be requested via email at [EMAIL REDACTED]. Bid documents will also be made available at burleyidaho.org. In determining the lowest responsive bid, the Owner will consider all acceptable bids on a basis consistent with the bid package. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. The City of Burley reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Burley..
