River’s Edge Golf Club 131 East Hwy 81 Burley, Idaho 83318 [PHONE REDACTED] Job Description Sheet Snack Bar Attendant/Cook: Job Description: This Job is a part-time seasonal position (3-4 days per week). Snack bar is open Monday through Sunday. Work shifts are typically between the hours of 10 am to 6 pm but may include any time between 6:30 am and 9:30 pm depending upon event schedules. The job will consist of duties in the snack bar, patio and dining areas. Due to the beer/wine license, candidate MUST BE AT LEAST 19 YEARS OF AGE. The specific duties of this job include but are not limited to: SNACK BAR DUTIES  Take food orders at the counter, on the phone, or over other means.  Cook or prepare hot and cold meals using the grill, fryer, and microwave oven.  Act as cashier on all meals.  Assist in controlling alcohol consumption with customers.  Restock snack bar displays and beverage fridges.  Insure rotation of food product to insure quality and reduce spoilage.  Wash dishes and utensils daily.  Clean grill, food prep areas and equipment daily.  Clean the dining area and kitchen area including periodic garbage removal.  Assist with the set up, product tracking, and take down of events including the dining room and beverage carts.  Assist with product inventory control and ordering processes.  General customer service. Create a welcoming environment.  Maintain a professional, clean appearance.  Other tasks as needed. Pay schedule is on an hourly basis starting at $15.00 per hour plus tips. There is no other benefit package which is included in this job.
