Legal Notice REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS BROADBAND CONSTRUCTION The City of Burley is seeking proposals from any qualified internet service providers, to provide all services, equipment, and construction to deploy, lease, and operate a fixed wireless or fiber broadband system to directly serve households, public safety and/or local government. The city of Burley has applied to the State of Idaho Broadband Grant program for $438,583.00 in funds for a specific project. Mitton, City Administrator All inquiries must be submitted by email ([EMAIL REDACTED]) and all responses will be posted on burleyiaho.org for all proposers to review. Proposals must be received no later than August 18, 2021 - 4 pm local time, to Mark Mitton, City Administrator ([EMAIL REDACTED]) Email file size delivery cannot exceed 10 MB. Proposals, including attachments should not exceed fifteen (15) pages in length. Proposal should be titled “Broadband Proposal: City of Burley.”
