Addendum 1 River’s Edge Golf Course Alcohol License The City of Burley currently has an On Site Beer and Wine License. Any Proposer may propose the type of license that they would like. Idaho Code 23-903 provides that a liquor license may be issued to a bona fide golf course. The licenses are issued by the State of Idaho and the City of Burley cannot guarantee the issue of a license. Golf Carts All of the golf carts are new as of 2014. We are currently replacing 25 sets of batteries in the oldest 25 golf carts. The batteries being installed are Trojan batteries. Equipment The condition of the mowing and other equipment is good to very good condition. See equipment list in RFP. Finance Printout The term “Temps Contracted Service” is for seasonal employees for both the maintenance budget and the Pro Shop budget. Open Dates The River’s Edge golf Couse is currently open year round as weather permits.
