PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) - NASHVILLE PREDESIGN CONFERENCE The purpose of the predesign conference is to provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed project in a preliminary and informal manner. It is intended for this purpose only and neither the developer nor staff is bound by any decision made during the pre- application conference. Applicant should be prepared to present a general concept and to discuss the characteristics of the development concept in relation to adopted town policies. For example, developer may wish to provide: 1. Location and acreage of proposed project 2. Whether subdivision approval will be required for proposed project 3. General concept, size and layout of the proposed project Applicant should provide his/her name, telephone number, email address, and name and address of the property owner. Planning Staff will inform applicant of applicable policies, standards and procedures for the planned unit development. Included would be: 1. Information concerning the PUD process and ordinance requirements 2. Application forms, filing dates and meeting dates 3. Brief summary of the conference reflecting the results of this informal conversation and which shall not constitute a binding agreement on the part of the Plan Commission.
