Public Trustee of the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado Notice of Intent to Cure Default Foreclosure Sale # Pursuant to Section 38-38-104, C.R.S., notice is hereby given to the Public Trustee of the City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, of the intention of the undersigned to cure the default of non-payment allegedly existing in connection with the above referenced foreclosure.
