Dog Park Rules 1. Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the enclosure. 2. Adult owners/custodians must be present within fenced enclosure at all times. 3. No children under six allowed within the enclosure. 4. The owner/custodian assumes the legal responsibility for any damage, disease, injury to persons, other dogs or property caused by their dog. 5. All adult owners/custodians are responsible for immediately cleaning up and properly disposing of dog excrement. 6. Park site will be open from sunrise to sunset seven days a week. The following shall not be allowed in the Dog Off Leash Park: Aggressive/Vicious dogs Dogs too young to vaccinate against rabies Dogs in season Dogs that are ill or exhibiting signs of illness Dogs not under voice command This Dog Off Leash Park is monitored by Brighton Animal Control. All violators of rules will be asked to leave and or be ticketed.
