This program provides leadership opportunities and enhances educational skills about the law while also enhancing leadership skills. 3401 E Bromley Lane Brighton CO, 80601 Mission Statement: To provide equal protection, due process, and respect for all individuals, at the counter, on the phone, electronically and at the bench. -Assist the public with legal proceedings and provide a general understanding of the court. -Provide alternative sentencing options for defendants. -Process numerous violations concern- ing both traffic and city ordinance related issues. Services Provided ---PAGE BREAK--- Case flow management is a coopera- tive effort of judges, court staff, law- yers, law enforcement, detention and correctional organizations, and pub- lic and private litigants. It involves the creation and mainte- nance of records concerning case proc- essing and schedules, management of pre-trials, trials and post-dispositional events, including reviews to monitor case progress. CASE FLOW MANAGEMENT ADJUCATION AND ENFORCEMENT Ensures compliance with State and Local Laws by managing court record keeping, producing a complete, accu- rate and timely record of all court ac- tions and decisions. Also, by creating policies for record preparation, com- plying with records retention, ensur- ing public access and privacy protec- tions are in place. ACCOUNTABLITIY AND LEADERSHIP Through a broadened access to the court and by upholding the validity of justice and efficiency in the system. Accomplished through a knowledge of the essential elements of due process of law including, but not lim- ited to, notice, discovery, probable cause, bail, the right to counsel, the right to witnesses, speedy and timely disposition, jury trial and appellate review.
