RV PARK STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT No charcoal BBQ’s are permitted No open flames are permitted, except those on a gas grill Gas grills are permitted No glass bottles Pets must always be leashed, and all animal waste must be picked up No livestock are permitted Parking is only allowed on designated, paved areas, or in the overflow lot that is located adjacent to the RV park Respect nature, the facilities and other people while in the RV Park Problems at the RV Park should be reported to Bingham County Dispatch at 208-785- 1234 Follow all CDC rules and guidelines for Covid-19 and social distancing ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON PARK RESERVATIONS Reserved spaces will need to show reservation conformation if required. Reservations are from April-October. There is no dry camping allowed at any time. ---PAGE BREAK--- Use of RV Spaces without a paid reservation is trespassing and violators will be cited and removed from the premises at owner’s expense.
