Adopted 10/6/2020 RESOLUTION NO. 396 RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF BLACKFOOTS’ FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, the City of Blackfoot annually reviews all fees to ensure accuracy: and WHEREAS, the City has fees already established: and WHEREAS, the City of Blackfoot has determined that the fee schedule be amended to reflect the reasonable cost of providing the services: and WHEREAS, after public hearing have been held prior to the adoption of this resolution, regarding new and increased city fees, it is deemed by the city council to be in the best interests of the City of Blackfoot and the citizens thereof that the fee schedule be amended to include the new and increased fees which were addressed in the public hearing.
