Continue with close out FY 23. Complete Transparent Idaho Report. ● November 2023: Unclaimed property report. Begin Audit Prep for FY 23 ● December 2023: Begin FY 2023 Audit. Complete Road and Street report. ARPA Projects ● Champions Gate- This project has been completed. Cost of project was $322,737.86. ● Radio Meters- In progress, Base Station installed. Currently about 1500+ radios installed. ● Downtown Sewer Upgrade- Working on updated plans and specs will go out for bid in January. Misc. Items ● Fisher St: Phase III has started ● Meridian/HWY 91: Approved by ITD, LHTAC will go out to bid. ● West Bridge St, Bridge: Drilling completed ● Chlorination Project: Well 11 will be first skid install. ● Parkway Ave: Put in for $2 million grant for rehab. ● Pendlebury: FY 24 scheduled for design with ITD and LHTAC
